Paia Town

My cousin and I went to Paia for the day for some shopping and touring around. Paia is a quaint, older town that has only a few streets, but they are packed with amazing shopping and delicious food. Later we went to Hookipa to watch windsurfers and surfers amongst the waves.

The Beach

A windy day at the beach meant I could break out my new Baja hoodie! I loved Proenza Schouler's version from their 2011 resort collection. It's a perfect weight, and definitely fits in with my beach surroundings.

Kaanapali Sun

Bamboo Ballroom's Blogger's Night Out

On Tuesday evening we head over to the Bamboo Ballroom for the store's Bloggers Night Out event. Bamboo Ballroom is located just off Whyte Avenue on 104 St. They carry cute lines and we were overwhelmed by the JAMAZING vintage section. We mingled with our fellow Edmontonian bloggers, enjoyed lemondade cocktails, and took full advantage of the private shopping. The event also featured makeup and hair styling for the outfit photobooth! Such a fun night!

Feather Hair Extensions

I recently got a few feather hair extensions put into my hair for my trip to Maui this week. I absolutely love them! I know the world has kind of gone crazy over feather extensions, hence the recent shortage, but I thought they'd be a fun accessory addition for my vacation. They are surprisingly easy to maintain as you are able to wash them, (just no conditioner!) curl, and straighten them as well.

Puppy Love

We got the opportunity to visit two little Yorkies the other evening and take them for a walk. They were super cute, and made great company for us!

Taking the Stairs
