My Room: Kaila

My parents' 30 year old couch from when they first got married. I'm glad they kept it around! It matches my bedroom perfectly.

My bed with 3 euro pillows from Anthropologie, and a furry throw.

The shoe wall in my closet. I didn't realize how many shoes I had until I tried fitting them all on the shelves! I already need another wall for shoes...

This is my jewelry shelf that moves in and out. I highly recommend one of these! It is nice to have something to keep all my jewelry align and in order with the separate spaces for things.

When building the house, one of the things I really wanted was a reading nook. It is great, and also doubles as an extra bed! I've put a lot of random pillows on it that I have collected over the years, and a custom-made cushion top. I love the shadows that the chandelier gives off when on, it makes up for me not putting on wallpaper with a similar pattern.
